Every customer has unique requirements, so these rates should be considered a guideline.
Email Newsletters
Production and transmission of a standard email campaign $95.00 per campaign plus .7 cent per email ($7.00/1000) +GST, which includes:
- formatting and production of the content (you provide text and up to five images)
- standard editing to ensure spelling and grammar is correct
- ensure copy avoids standard SPAM triggers as much as possible to ensure delivery to recipients’ inbox;
- updates to your database/mailing list;
- statistical analysis & report on each campaign;
- assurance that your campaign conforms to current anti-SPAM legislation; and
- advice or recommendations on how to make your communications as effective as possible.
A resend to the same database and without changes is $40.00 plus the .07 cent send fee.
If you prepare your own HTML, the charge per set up and send is $60, plus the $7.00/1000 emails send fee, database maintenance and statistical analysis, etc included as above.
Graphics design, logos, image editing etc cost is based on requirements per job.
Copywriting is negotiable based on number of words. This is writing that goes beyond standard editing, to drafting original copy.
There is a one-time set-up fee of $250 for drafting your original template and setting up your database.
Template refresher for an existing customer is $150. (recommended every two years.)

Web design
Basic on-line presence with up to five pages, using your existing logos and images can be built for as little as $500. You will provide basic text content, ready for editing.
More complex sites will be quoted on consultation.
Hosting, storage and domain name fees additional. Prices exclusive of GST.
Commercial/product photography
$150/hour, minimum 2-hours. No call-out fee in Auckland City, North Shore or West Auckland. Includes photographer and gear including Canon EOS 5D camera, lights, set up. Results guaranteed. Delivered on disc or by download.
